TAYLOR SWIFT INSPIRED HAIR: THE LOB

It's  the new 'The Rachel'. Eversince Karlie Kloss went short back in 2012, everyone has embraced the lob, or what has been affectionately dubbed, 'The Chop'. Two years on, many celebs have put their on little twist on the look, including none other than her BFF Taylor Swift!

T-Swizzle's favourite way to wear her shorter locks is with a messy wave. She has gone from girl next door to pop siren, and as we show you in this post, you can achieve Taylor Swift's new signature look in a few simple steps.

Before

Step One: Work a small amount of texturising glue into damp hair, from the roots to the ends

Step Two: Prep your hair with a spritz of heat protectant spray

Step Three: Wrap a section of hair around the barrel, making sure that you curl the hair framing your face away from your face. Alternate the direction of the waves as you move away from the face to create a more effortless and messy look

Step Four: Tease your hair to add more volume

Step Five: K doesn't haven't a fringe like T-Swift, so to create a rounded fringe, create a deeper side part. Then taking a bobby pin, pin back a section of hair underneath. Use hairspray to hold the hair in place.

Voilà you're done! All you need now is a few platinum albums, and you're halfway to being Taylor Swift herself!
