Fashionably Festive: Dress to the Nines for Christmas Time!

Rockin' Around the Christmas Tree

Unlike our favourite Christmas movies, there will be no snow fights, no snowman in sight, and definitely no ugly Christmas sweaters here in Australia. Instead, sunburn and mozzie bites are more likely than frostbite, with the day spent building sandcastles with the family rather than snowmen. So we've decided to put together some outfits for those who, like us, will be experiencing a more humid and warm Christmas.

 Dress: Chicabooti
Earrings: So Good
Shoes: Airflex

  Dress: SES
Necklace: Ritual pop up store
Ring: gift
Shoes: Sandler

 Top: Just Jeans
Jeans: Valleygirl
Flats: Kagui

Baby It's Cold Outside

For those in the Northern hemisphere who will be enjoying a chillier Christmas day, don't worry, we haven't neglected you! We've also put together some warmer outfits that will have you looking fashion savvy while staying toasty warm.

What is Christmas without a big cosy sweater?! For a modern twist on the ugly Christmas sweater, opt for something like this cable knit sweater from OASAP.

Velvet in all its forms is a staple fabric during cooler months. We love the combination of the deep maroon sweater and this high waisted velvet skirt from OASAP. Finding the right velvet piece can be difficult, with some looking a bit tacky, but the quality of this particular velvet skirt is surprisingly good for its price.

Boots: Miss Shop

We just want to quickly congratulate Liana and Bianca who were the winners of our OASAP festive giveaway. If you want to stay in the loop with future giveaways, then make sure you follow us on GFC and Bloglovin.

We hope you got some inspiration for your Christmas day outfit. Let us know whether you will be enjoying a white Christmas.

    ReplyDelete

    1. We have never experienced a cold Christmas, so that would be odd. For us, Christmas day usually consists of a day at the beach, having a barbeque or picnic! There is no wood fire or sweaters here! But we have always wanted experience a white Christmas :)
