FACE OF THE DAY: NATURAL BRONZE

Natural and bronze are probably the best words to describe what we like when it comes to our makeup. Miranda Kerr and Olivia Palermo are among our favourite celebrities who rock the No Makeup Makeup so well!

Here's a little glimpse into some of the products we use daily to create our barely there look. On a day to day basis, we'd probably use more matte shades, but in this particular look we decided to indulge in a little sparkle!

We're all about quick and easy products which is why we love using cream shadows like 'Bad to the Bronze' from Maybelline's Color Tattoo Range. You can sweep this across your entire eyelid and leave it like that. Too deepen your crease, blend a darker matte brown shade in a V-shape at the outer corners of your eyes.

An optional step which we did for this look is to place a highlighting shade, something with a bit of shimmer, onto the centre of your eyelids and inner corners. As the sun hits these areas, it will open up your eyes, creating a more bright eyed and bushy tailed look, which is a good trick when you haven't had your 8 hours of sleep.

    1. Hi Kat! The Wake Me Up foundation has been our go to for a long time now. It never fails to give us a natural and glowing finish. As for the colour tattoo, cream eye shadows are honestly one of the makeup world's best inventions! They're so easy to use :)

  5. You look beautiful - I love the fresh, young, and natural feel of this look. 'Bad to the Bronze' is my go-to when I'm traveling I can't bother to bring a whole eyeshadow palette, it just works so well on its own and looks really pretty :)

  6. DAMMMMMMN, LOOKIN' GOOD ;)
I noticed you didn't use a highlighter on your cheekbones--IS YOUR SKIN NATURALLY THAT ~HEALTHY LOOKING~ OR IS IT THE FOUNDATION?

(Nevermind, read above response, and this foundation is now on my radar)
